    I am very perturbed by these illegal,unethical and frudulent schemesfor the awards of Mega Projects funded by Tax Payers money that are devised and approved by the current leadership of the State Government of Sarawak in the island of Borneo.I am a fully qualified Technical accountant,a former government officer with the Public Works Department and therefore Construction law,tendering procedures and contractual arrangemnts and procurement are my area or field of expertise.
