Netting Jho Low

Th IGP has stated publicly that not only do the PDRM know where Jho Low is but they hope to have him in Malaysia by the end of the year. That is in little over three months.  Commendable police work on the location but how exactly can the PDRM get hold of him and, if they can, why have they not done so a long time ago? These are additional questions to which the public would like answers.

In fact, assuming he is still in the land of the living, Jho clearly enjoys powerful protection, even if this is granted only to preserve his value as a bargaining counter. Whichever foreign jurisdiction is sheltering this wanted criminal lowers its reputation as a civilised country by continuing to assist a wanted mega criminal to avoid his fate. Only dictatorships can be so cavalier with their “reputations”

Let us by all means hope that the predictions of the IGP are fulfilled. We shall wait to see.
