Moderate Pace?

This is how a PAS “expert” described Malaysia’s likely growth. Presumably he does not know that most economies in the developed world would give their eye teeth for such a growth rate!   Indeed many of them face negative growth or growth rates far below Malaysia’s.

If any further warning about PAS’s total unsuitability to govern, or share in government, were needed this pronouncement is it. PAS claim to be guided by Islamic principles in their policies. Is this an example?  Further clarification from this PAS “expert” would be desirable, if unlikely to be forthcoming.
