Is Chief Judge Raus still sitting in the Federal Court and his colleague, illegally re-appointed at the same time in the Court of Appeal.

So long as this duo are allowed to sit illegally in their respective courts any proceedings in which they take part are null and void, ab initio.

Important matters, both civil and criminal, are likely to reach these two Courts in the near future and matters should be regularised before further nullities can occur.

Obviously the PH administration has a multitude of problems to solve but this one is simple. Two letters will do the job and they should be issued without further delay if justice is seen to be done as well as being done.
